Meet Miss L, a little lady in Red! Mum found this beautiful sequin outfit and that is what set the tone for this love heart theme cake smash session! Off to spotlight I went in search of material for a tassel bunting to match! I create all my buntings for each session, sometimes they are flags, sometimes they are tassels, I have lots of fun making them, I enjoy it 🙂
At the start, this little lady was unsure of what was happening… She was shy and carefully picked at the cake taking little pieces. Every time she did, we clapped and cheered to let her know that is was OK to eat it. We played some of her favourite cartoons and she soon felt more relaxed and started to eat more and make a mess!
A short time later, she hoped into the clawfoot bath where lots of splashes were made!

Hi, my name is Kylie and I am the photographer at Snugglebug Studios! I am based in Murrumba Downs on the Northside of Brisbane and offer super fun Cake Smash photography sessions for one and two years olds!
I create a colourful cake smash setup based on the parents choice of colours or character theme for their little one! I personally make the bunting flags for each and every session and I provide all the decorations and even bake the cake! All you need to organise is the outfit and of course bring along the birthday boy/girl, I even clean up the mess afterwards! 🙂
Most cake smash sessions take place during the week between the hours of 9 am and 2 pm with only a handful of weekend sessions available per month so please if you would like to secure a weekend date book ahead to avoid disappointment as they are normally the first to go!
